Bi-Lingual Sales Representatives

We are looking for a bi-lingual in-house online sales and customer service associate, the position is full-time with duties that include, but not limited to:

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and requests for information
• Make outgoing sales calls
• Enter and pick sales orders, process credit card payments, prepare orders for shipping
• Generate sales in apparel trade shows

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience
• Impeccable phone etiquette
• Must have proven track record of successful team participation
• Must be self-motivated and deliver results with limited oversight
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications: Word, Excel, Outlook

Pluses (both are not necessary to qualify):

• Existing clientele in woman's apparel
• Fluency in Spanish - excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish
• Fluency in Portuguese - excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese

Showroom Sales Associate

This ad is for a showroom floor sales associate, the position is full-time with duties that include, but not limited to:

• Dealing with walk-in wholesale and retail customers
• Pulling phone orders from the warehouse
• Moving merchandise around on the showroom floor
• Maintaining a clean work environment

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years retail/wholesale sales experience
• Fluent in Spanish
• Impeccable etiquette
